Mouse stuttering

When i start up my game, it's 50/50 if i can play or not. Sometimes my game starts with mouse stuttering and sometimes it comes later. The mouse stuttering is horrible, makes the game unplayable beca...

    @AndrewIsANick Don't go out and buy a new mouse just if you have another one in the house test with another one as it may change nothing.  EDIT...Also check windows update as it could well be from a update another post reminded me of this... 

    After installing KB4482887, users may notice graphics and mouse performance degradation with desktop gaming when playing certain games, such as Destiny 2.

    This issue is resolved in KB4489899.  Source link below

I could try, would have to wait till thursday though. I can check, doubt it will change. My mouse used to work there but it randomly happened.
