Movement Bug or Glitch

Everything is working out fine have no problem playing the game for like week so until I just got on today to play BFV this time around,
Whenever I use, hold down SHIFT+W - sprint or run... My character stop running forward for like 1-2 seconds, it stutter or freeze my character in position like something holding me back.
It happen every 4-6 seconds.
It is not the game server or my ping issue or my keyboard they work perfectly fine.

I have tried so many solutions, the plan doesn't seem to be working. I have no clue how to fix this annoying movement bug

Renaming or Deleting the igo64.dll file completely off my computer.
I have also tried reinstall Origin App and re-deleted that igo64.dll file or rename it.
Reinstalling the BFV game.
Disable Origin In-game setting, Overlay setting in Origin App + Steam Overlay.

Not only that, it also affect my other game Battlefield 1 not just Battlefield V.
Both games have same movement bug somehow, I have never had movement bug issue about a week ago I played BFV,

None of these solution fix my movement bug or glitch problem.

Only time the movement bug is fixed is when I play offline war stories campaign missions on BF1 or BFV. Only on community online servers I have problem with movement bug or glitch.

I have also played other game like CS:GO or Origin related game like Plants vs Zombie Battle for Neighorville, it worked perfectly fine, no movement bug.

I played on PC, steam btw I don't think it has nothing to do with window 11, because a week ago I played the game it was working perfectly fine there was no movement bug.

But now it has movement bug somehow please help me thanks.
