MP40 won’t unlock

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Your company

When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 18.11.18
Summarize your bug I can’t select the MP40 even though I’m the right level
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know how the bug started so I can’t say how to find it
What happens when the bug occurs? I can’t select the MP40
What should be happening instead? I should be able to select the MP40

One picture shows the MP40 is lock the other shows that I’m the right level

    If you jump into a game and rank up you should get it unlocked now. Please let us know if it's still happening and thanks for the help submitting a bug!

    This is still happening for me. I’m level 50 and have levelled up several times and still no MP40 neither through class rank or regular rank.

    over the mp40 the same it s happened for the proximity granade that unlock level 6 medic class like mp40 ........this is frustrating

    Hey I'm having troubles with my medic and support class not unlocking weapons and gear even though I'm the proper levels

    @MIKE52002 Hi, It looks you're responding on a one year old topic..
    As a workaround you might want to try the following:
    (common issue)
    - Play Practice vs players
    - Play till you rank up the weapon again
    - After the report appears the weapons should be unlocked.
