what the answer ?
I don't know how to start the conversation, but every time I call, the same answer is always there, no explanation or clarification I have a ban on my account for about 55 days. I am trying to inquire about the remaining period of the ban or it appears on my ban history. Always the same response, no answer Please explain and help with a clear enough answer
- @Riooverlord2 Unfortunately nobody here can tell you when the ban will be removed, you'd need to persist with the ToS team. I can tell you though that not all bans will appear in the history.
