Nahimic 3 wont work on Battlefield V

Nahimic 3 wont work on Battlefield V. I have to turn it off on Audio settings to even hear the game. Tryed to fix it a week but not success tryed Origin support and nothing. I think i need a new ver...

    @NikoDeus 

    • So all other sounds works fine also in other games?
    • Have you tried uninstalling the realtek driver manually and install the latest from realtek?
    • Also maybe as test remove the username\documents\battlefield v\settings folder before stating the game once?
    • Check what sound output is selected in windows audio manager
    • try troubleshooting the audio
