Need help with account
I've got BF5 on child account and i can't play multiplayer. Support has told me that's because child account and after a reach 16, it will be converted into teen account where multiplayer is enebled....

However, you’ll need to contact EA Help (help.ea.com) to see if it's possible to move the game to another account. Bear in mind that the parent or guardian on the account may need to do this for you.
