@sulekko How is it? You got any fix? It seems that EA just doesn't care about their customers, 0 support in fixing problem.

Honestly, I'm surprised nothing worked, never had someone with this response. Did you talk with EA support, did they provide you with any useful information?

"Thanks, Maxs. I finished with the developers. they told me that we took all the needed steps, and since none has worked. They have to solve this with Microsoft and see what is the issue, because it's clear that your windows is supported."
