After restarting my modem for the third time this issue has been resolved.

yeh i have this problem i think its a battlefield problem im on ps4 and sony is ok.....
Yeah I have it too. my friend is sitting in the menu as well.
Ok everything worked just fine untill i did a system update PS4 7.50. Now i can't connect to EA servers. I've already restarted my 980 mbps connection with 30 other devices connected and working just fine. The game will NOT connected to EA servers. My payment is up to date till 2021. This is April 17 2020
I'm using PS4 with BF5 abd BF1.
Connection said EA.COM/UNABLE-TO-CONNECT FOR MORE INFORMATION (2000)
I've tired
port forwarding......... nothing
Create a different ID ....... nothing
Changed games............ nothing.
Changed consoles..........nothing
Changed patch cord CAT6A ....nothing
Connect laptop to patach cord got a connection at 89 mbps works good.
Reconnect PS4....... nothing

I was finally going to BF5 online with some friends, and ofc it wont connect... hopefully they will fix it soon cause this is BORING ☹️
