no connection to EA servers battlefield 5

good afternoon, for more than 2 months I have not been able to play battlefield 5, all the games from the electronic arts series are playing at 100%, it is battlefield 5 that tells me about the problem with connecting to servers. I play on playstation 5, the Internet is good, I changed the DNS server, deleted the game and cleaned the cache, many times the same actions, maybe it's a ban? help!!!
