No multiplayer privileges

Everything hooked up and running fine on the Xbox one,download battlefield v beta and it says I have no multiplayer privileges, what gives? Done hard reset, checked all connections...

I had this issue last night.  My Xbox live sub is paid up and current according to the Xbox website. 

Was playing for about an hour and then got the 'no multiplayer permissions' error. 

It has been a while since I played though so i'm guessing it's some sort of replication error.
