Could you let us know the source of your game purchase? Was it through the EA Store (formerly known as the Origin store), Steam, or another distribution channel?
Additionally, have you also installed the game through the EA Play subscription at any point in time?
@EA_Pulsar Hi. Normally the games I buy are in English. However, there was a bug in BF1. When Trial came out, I played it in Russian. Then I bought the game and this bug affected it. Help me fix this problem.
