I've written to EA tech support. Thank you. I want to know if the problem is theoretically solvable? Can I get access to the Russian language in the game?
I think its solvable, unfortunately cases like this are not common, so I can't tell you with 100% certainty.

Escalated Case means an Authorized User Case that the Product Support team has been unable to address and has passed it (escalated) to the Product Sustaining team for more in-depth technical analysis.
