No Vibration in the Xbox One controller in Grand Operations mode

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just play the grand operations in the Xbox One and shoot with any gun during the game. While the group for the game is being formed the controller vibrate while shooting, but when the match really start, there is no vibration. It semms like a broken game.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no vibration in the xbox one controller whil the match starts
What should be happening instead? The controller should respond, should vibrate

This bug is from the game release, it should be fixes by now... Really annoying...
