I'd recommend talking to another agent.
I'm sure it wasn't their intention to give you the runaround - their job is to deal with the customer as quickly and efficiently as possible; i'm sure they looked up the same general Airlift article most people do and saw these items are both timed (weekly) and staggered (not everyone gets them at the same time).
It's my understanding that agents now have the power to issue certain items into your account manually so if you know for a fact you've waited 20 weeks since deluxe purchase, ask them to look into it again

So, how does this work again?!
I got the Deluxe Edition, which says 20 Weekly Airlift Items... So if I didn't get all the items (I'm missing a few Red Devil weapon skins which I really don't care about , but I'm missing the Blockade Runner Headgear and Torso ) is this cause for concern ? I mean are you SUPPOSED to get EVERYTHING if you bought the deluxe edition? Again , I don't have a complete set of anything , wether weapon skins or Blockade Runner.
I'm also wondering because I didn't get to choose the Paratrooper Outfits and according to the official EA post, it was done via Tokens, called Veterans Rewards .
So do you think this is cause for going to EA? I'm very hesitant on opening a case with them because I've had nothing but bad experiences with them.

Hey @TheLastKnight07. Some of the bonuses at the launch of Battlefield V were part of a promotion called Road to Battlefield V in Battlefield 1. If you participated in this promotion you would earn rewards in both Battlefield 1 and Battlefield V. You can find more information on Road to Battlefield V on the official website.
If you did participate in this promotion you would just need to download an item called the Enlister Offer for Battlefield V to get the in-game bonuses. If you pre-ordered the game you should see this available for download in the extra content section for the game.
If you've got this installed and you're still missing any content I'd recommend reaching out to EA Help so they can take a look. They should be able to help you if you didn't receive everything you should have.
