Not getting Company Credits when it says I should be getting them

I’m only lvl16 right now and it keeps saying I’m getting company credits, but when I look at my wallet I only have 100 still and it won’t give me the 200-500 I should be getting. I’m on ps5 and wanna know if anybody is getting this too
