Not received Battlefield V Beta Code from Amazon

Hi, I've pre-ordered Battlefield V and Steel Book from Amazon but I've yet to receive a Beta Code. I've contacted them 3 times regarding this and now they are referring me to you guys. Can you help a...

    Unfortunately, it's something Amazon's customer service should be able to help you out with in the first place, so I'm sorry if you got redirected to us ☹️ Beta codes for our products included in the pre-order offers are usually sent by retailers themselves.
