For the missing company coins, ranking up again in the game will reward you with any missing company coins.

Summarize your bug I'm level 17 and i do not get any company coins for leveling up. I just get some coins for doing challenges and thats it.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You say you fixed it but it isn't and you know it but you don't care.
What happens when the bug occurs? I do not get any company coins
What should be happening instead? I should be getting my company coins
So since i've started playing this game i've only gotten enough credits to max only one weapon. I've googled this problem and it seems that it has been a persistent bug throughout the game's life so I do not really know why i'm posting this since dice doesn't give a damn about their game
