The 10,000 Company coins was not related to the issue to this thread.
For the missing company coins, ranking up again in the game will reward you with any missing company coins.

Dear EA Team,
I am not getting company points for character level promotion in Battlefield V or any other achievement awarding points trough gameplay for a second consecutive day with more than 6 hours of play. I’ve gained three character levels and variety of other achievement that awards company points. Hi were non of them were awarded to me. It’s quite demotivating as I unlock weapon upgrades but do not have resource to upgrade my weapons. Meanwhile other players can upgrade and become better. That creates u fair advantage for them. As I know well you are focused to prevent unfair practices and I am looking forward to hearing from you soon on my case. I am concerned for other players with the same issues as well as I already know this experience is quite irritating and worsens your satisfaction of the game. I am sure you will take this matter seriously as I am a big EA fan and have spend much time and resources playing EA games.
