The 10,000 Company coins was not related to the issue to this thread.
For the missing company coins, ranking up again in the game will reward you with any missing company coins.

I have not received any company coins for leveling up. I am currently at level 18 and have not received any of the 500 coins for each level up. This seems to be a recurring issue that was never fully fixed. I have already contacted EA support and game advisors through chat and on a phone call. Both of them have said that they are unable to help and the only thing to do is make another post among many others about the issue.
It's actually quite funny considering I saw a post from community manager @EA_Atic here, https://answers.ea.com/t5/Battlefield-V/Not-receiving-company-coin-after-level-up/td-p/7848031/page/2, saying that we need to contact EA support in regards to missing company coins. I have already reinstalled the game and restarted my computer, nothing. Attached transcript with EA support for reference. Seems like a continuous loop of hell with no actual solution.
If anyone knows of a successful way to fix this I would be extremely grateful, thanks.
