The 10,000 Company coins was not related to the issue to this thread.
For the missing company coins, ranking up again in the game will reward you with any missing company coins.

Missing CC Rewards for leveling up between 1 to 20 (10000CC)
I have had this game for almost a week now and thought it was really hard to acquire CC (initially I thought you could only get them from assignments and daily objectives etc).
I then realised I am missing the Sum of 10000 CC when I looked at my progression screen!
The only reason I can troubleshoot is that because I already have certain weapons and vehicles unlocked from the Definitive edition the game is probably thinking that I have already been reward for the level up, this became clear when I actually received 1000 CC from levelling up to 21, and then again to 22. I have talked to EA support countless times about this issue and they say there is nothing they can do about it and proceeded to tell me that the only way this issue can be resolved is if a member of the "game team" views my issue on the forums, so here i am.
If anyone is having the same issue reply with your IGN, hopefully someone that can help will see this before I decide to refund this game.
@ElliotLH I have been to them on 5 separate occasions and if i have to go back to them just to tell me to come here to try and grab the attention of a game team member i am going to lose my *, this is an issue that has been around for so * long. It isnt funny anymore.
