Not receiving company coin after level up

Summarize your bug Not receiving company coin when levelling up.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play conquest on PS4. Level up, and then check your company to see if the CC was awarded.
What happens when the bug occurs? Company coin is displayed on the match summary but is not actually given.
What should be happening instead? Company coin should be given as indicated in match summary.

Since the most recent patch, I am not receiving company coin when levelling up. I levelled from 38 to 39 and 39 to 40. Each time in between matches was granted 1,000 or so company coin. I can confirm I have not received it as I had 530 CC before the patch on April 30th. After levelling up twice after the patch, I still have 530

    Hey everyone, 

    The 10,000 Company coins was not related to the issue to this thread. 

    For the missing company coins, ranking up again in the game will reward you with any missing company coins.

    @taruat Did you buy the Definitive Edition? If you did then there's a known issue where players don't start earning them until after rank 21. You'll need to earn CC in other ways in the meantime, such as completing the weekly challenge nodes.

    I've been having the same problem too. It's been a couple of days since I bought the game and after leveling up to level 18 I still haven't received any of the promised company coins.

    Yep, I bought the definitive edition a couple of days ago and no company coins were ever awarded to me.

    Well how can you deactivate them since I've got all of the activated.

    @Joe_Deggars Sorry but there isn't a known fix for this issue with the Definitive Edition. While you should start earning them after rank 21, all you can do in the meantime unfortunately is to earn it in different ways and spend wisely.

    I have the same problem. Today ive done a lot of assigments and up 2 lvls and still have 100 cc.
