Not receiving company coin

Product: Battlefield V
Platform:PC

AMD or Nvidia Model Number gtx 1660 ti mobile

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Multiplayer
Which part of the mode? Conquest

On which server did this happen? main menu
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) since the summer update
Summarize your bug i have received any company coin since the update. i moved over from Xbox and bought the bundle that gives you all the base guns and haven't received any company coin from assignments or leveling up
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? make a fresh acount with the gun bundle and level up
What happens when the bug occurs? you dont receive company coin
What should be happening instead? giving me the coins

i am an origin basic member and paid for the ingame gun skip

    @UnearthedColt39 I've got the same problem. But i dont get the 500 company coins after rank up.

    The weird thing is that i get the Daily Mission Coins.

    Support told me that this is already a known bug for two or three days and that they are working on a fix already.

    Just to let you know.

    i haven't been receiving the rank up coins either. i ended up getting one of the daily Mission coins but the other two didn't give me it. thanks for letting me know that a fix is coming

    Sooooo The support has just told me that you shouldn't get any company coins after you have ranked up ( only weapons and vehicles ) and that you can soon buy them from the Origin Store and it doesn't seem to be a known problem.

    So the whole system with the company coins was changed?

    @EA_Atic or @EA_Blueberry is that true? LIke that was the Answer from EA Live Chat Support..

    @NiLLE911 that is not true you still earn company coins from levelling up and cant be bought from the store.

    @EA_Atic Is this a know issue and will it be fixed? If I can’t earn coins to specialize my guns how am I supposed to enjoy the game and probably won’t be playing for much longer if it isn’t fixed

    @EA_Atic I dumped my money into the game and because I did that I’m no longer receiving a key feature of the game. I can’t compete flying because my planes don’t have any specifications my guns suck because the are the base version.

    @UnearthedColt39 That is not a known issue, we are not tracking an issue with not getting company coins from levelling up in the game.

    Its worth playing a match to end and see if that helps, if that don't work I recommend reaching out to support again.

    @EA_Atic i have been playing all day and it has not worked. i am still not receiving company coin from leveling up. the last leveling up reward i got was level 4 and i am currently level 11. i don't have a reddit or twitter account so this is the only official means of reporting a bug i have access too.

    @EA_Atic I just reinstalled the Game and deleted everything. I‘ll see if that worked Later.

    Other Players/ Friends that i Met online have Had the Same issue since Last Week.


    The Thing is, i bought all the class bundles before Reaching rang 1. Maybe that bugged out my Account.
