Not Receiving Company Coins After Level Up

It's been 2 days now and I haven't received any company coins for levelling up. 

I purchased the game through steam last week. 

I'm only level 21 but I haven't received any company coins. the only ones I've received are from daily missions. 

I've contacted support, they tell me to post here and I go back and forth. 

I'm playing with some friends who also purchased through steam and are having no issues at all with coins.

    problem solved, after level 20 it's working.

    Hi @Wooggyy Just wanted to let you know that I've removed the all caps from the title so it conforms to forum rules. I've also marked your second post as the answer (if you'd like this changed back to unanswered, just let me know)

    You are correct that this is a known issue with the Definitive Edition, where CC isn't earned until rank 20. There's a tiny bit of info about it in the BFV FAQ if you were curious:
