Nothing but yellow & orange rectangles, and other bad things

Question

Yet my ping is ~ 18 and I'm stuttering all over the place. PFS in the 50's. I ran a ping test:

Ping 18 ms

Up 11.98 Mbps

Down 326.74

I've got yellow & orange rectanges, usually yellow. I've got other round things and horizontal things (Lost packets?) all telling me my game performance is bad.

I have Comcast cable internet and I can't be competitive.

What is google DNS and is it safe? Or is it even a solution.

Sry the sync is with the northbridge chipset, and the hypertheading features. Disabling xmp and sync settings in windows can help.

Apparently AMD introduced new drivers that disabled enhanced sync, if not you many have to manually do that.
