No its not because you cant push object if whole enemy team base * you and one of enemy have a flamethrower what can simply give him so much fire power what player with it can hold one tunnel by himself alone. Its not give players to fight for B objective more all its change is what at the biggining of a match where is one ONE lucky * who got Flamethrower and can BASE * entire flank and dont give any damn cause his ammo is unlimited and by having flamethrower he is one big pain in the * for all players because one team getting Base * and another half of a team dont even got change to see enemy for entire round as they cant even reached tunnels. Both teams need to have right oportunity for push and not "spice" for capture one B objective. It is note fun for half of a team who got Flamethrower as they dont get any points for they teammate for killing anything what moves and fot another team it is turns in real hell to even think what they could now win.
A flamethrower is only powerful if you allow it to be though - a well placed bayonet and/or flank is all you need.
B flag especially has like 5 entry points and even then, it's like you absolutely need that flag anyway - capture everything else and initiate a pincer attack
