Orange Square or retangles

What is this orange square in the right hand side of the screen. Is it an FPS thing?  I blinks on and off once in a while.    How do you fix it.  I'm running the latest nvidia drivers, but my hardwar...

    @PorkChopExp69 This BF4 graphic explains the various icons you'll see as warning or error messages. Your BF5 icon looks like an updated frame rate warning.
