-What did you do just before the crash happened?
Any number of things. Could be knee deep in intense combat or chillin' at the spawn screen.
-Does it happen in all game modes?
Yes. Tried Conquest, Frontlines, Breakthrough, Rush, and Grand Operations.
-Does it always happen at the same action/place?
No, but it seems to really like crashing when I'm doing good.
Things I've tried:
Clearing the Origin cache
Clearing Windows temp files
Rolling back GPU drivers
Reinstalling the latest GPU drivers
Restarting my system more times than I can count
Installing/reinstalling the game on both my SSD and HDD
Probably forgetting some, that's all that comes to mind currently.
Additional comments:
I've tried pretty much every fix I could find online, but it mostly just seems like luck. I could get lucky and get an hour/hour and a half of gameplay before the inevitable freeze and crash-to-desktop with no warning message, or I can spawn in and crash almost immediately.
I and several others had this exact same issue with BF1 a while back.
