- Does it happen in all game modes? I have not tried, but it only happened to me with Firestorm
- Does it always happen at the same action/place? Yes, at the beginning of the Firestorm game, before arriving at the plane, almost always.
Also this is the event on windows with the problem:

KERNELBASE.dll

Do you have any GPU overclock?
Aaaaaaand it didn't fix a single thing. Not only did it not fix it, now it's even worse. Before I wiped my entire drive, I could play for 15-30 minutes before crashing. Now I crash while either in Main Menu while trying to find the game or I spawn into the game and then crash a few seconds later. All in all, I went from 15-30 minutes of gameplay to about 3-5 minutes before it crashes to desktop without any messages.
Then of course I have to look for exception codes and descriptions with third party apps, so I'll repeat this again:
Exception code: 0x887a0005
Description: The GPU device instance has been suspended. Use GetDeviceRemovedReason to determine the appropriate action.
Fix your s**t EA/DICE. I've done EVERYTHING I could on my end. Wasted an entire week on trying to get your mess of a game to work. Look at this thread, every day new people coming in and reporting the same issue and who knows how many others are affected that can't find this thread. How about an update on the issue? This is completely unacceptable.

I think it is great that there are about 13 pages full of error reports and dxdiag files and not even 1 comment from EA or DICE.
Nice community work guys and not even frustrating, you know how to do a great job

We'll do our best to keep those affected in the loop when we have updates to share. Even though you might not see us actively responding in topics with many pages that doesn't mean we don't have our eyes on them. This post is being used by the DICE team and included within our day to day reports. This information is tremendously helpful and we wanted to extend our gratitude to all of you willing to take time out to submit the info we're asking for.
