PC - Crashing issue - Information request.

  • We need Dxdiag, to see what Hardware and drivers you are using.

  • What did you do just before the crash happen?

After the Firestorm update , any time i click on something in the main menu it crashes wihtout error. First it happened when i clicked on the Reward Map of this event (the menu where it showes unlocks by levels 1-40) and since today, it happenes whenever i click on anything in the main menu.

  • Does it happen in all game modes?

Apparently it crashes in main menu, can t really get into a game to tell you that.

  • Does it always happen at the same action/place?

Yes, in the main menu, when i click on any button there (Play, Profile , Options , etc)
