PC: Battlefield V exceptionally slow map load times

Although I have an Xbox One X, I am always the last to load into a game, whether it's one joined in progress or a new one in the same lobby as my previous game. Whole objectives will be taken before I am allowed to play. Sometimes I will be in the pre-map loading screen, sometimes in a black screen with the loading icon, and sometimes in the overhead view of the map unable to pick a class. This can take anywhere up to 5+ minutes.

Also, often times when I do load in, things aren't fully loaded in the game. I won't have a character model, gun, or gadgets, and other players are polygons floating around the map. This will not only happen when I first enter a new map, but also if I switch classes; my character model, guns, and gadgets will be gone for a few minutes.

It's as if my xbox is struggling to keep up with all the crap battlefield has to load. Once I play for a few minutes, everything is fine but i miss 1/4 of the game because i can't play.

I have cleared persistent storage, mac address caches, reinstalled the entire game. Everything customer support has offered to me, I have done. The issue remains since my very first battlefield match. This us one of the few games I bought a physical copy for, but the other games I play with a disc don't have issues.
