PREPARING FILES THEN UPDATING THEN VERIFYING

So for an 800 mb update for battlefield 5 it has to prepare 40 gb files that takes forever ("It s because you have the game istalled on a hdd") yea whatever it s unacceptable to wait 40+ minutes for that to "Prepare" files like what on earth is it preparing man if I move any other 40gb file from the hdd to another hdd it dosen t take that long. Then after the "Preparing" it downloads the 800mb update in 10 seconds just for it then to "Verify" the game again 40 gb that again it takes 40+ minutes what on earth have you done to this process that never took this long and was not this complicated.  You loose 2 hours on an 800 mb update. And don t tell me about no hdd speeds I can move  any other 100+ gb game to and from the hdd like 5 times before ea finishes updating my game unacceptable.
