Previously Unlocked Weapon Now Locked

so i was playing medic in bfV then i unlocked the MP40 and i was like yes finaly then my game crashes. i join a match to test the gun but it was still locked anyways so i submitted a ticket earlier a...

    Hey @Pfcsoldier

    The Battlefield team is aware of this happening and looking to address it as soon as possible, however the item should be granted to you once you reach the next rank.

    and if I already have 20 rank and the weapon never opened? what to do ?

      For the Rank 20 issue: We are currently investigating this issue and hope to have a resolution soon. In the meantime, please reach out to our support team at http://help.ea.com and they’ll set you straight.

        Hello,

        I need your help, I have 860 hours of game play, the M1911 pistol which i unlocked back in 2018 is relocked out of blue after the 5.2 patch, I've submitted many tickets and no one was able to help me, I'm hoping you can. thank you.
