Problems with id reports

Hi, i 've several problems with the game.  Always i finish a match i wasn't able to see the list of the achievments and  appears an ID with a report number.

Another problem that i've occurs when i "match" for a tank and i'm sent to the position without the tank (dressing the typical crew armor dress but without the tank). 

Can you help to fix these things?
