PROFSAVE_tmp
The game does not save the progress in a single player as well as several options.
I adressed an EA help chat 3 times and followed all their pieces of advice (reinstalled the game, cleared origin's register, off/on cloud and so on) but nothing has helped including the yesterdays update.
Even I renamed PROFSAVE_tmp in PROFSAVE what helped with skipping a prologue every time when I enter the game but now I have both files - PROFSAVE_tmp and PROFSAVE.
I think problem is connected with this file because when I rename it every time after leaving the game everything is saved.
Moreover I found an interesting article about the same issue ( https:// bjornar.eu/2018/11/17/battlefield-v-5-and-the-intro-that-keeps-coming-back/ ) where it is said that this can be because of my Windows 7 account which is not written in Latin letters and the game creates PROFSAVE_tmp after leaving BFV because of a wrong path. The same trouble in the article is with letters like ö ä å.
Does anyone know what the hell it is and how to solve it?
PS I don't what to create a new Windows account in Latin because from my point of view it is the problem with the game. BF4 and BF1 go well from the very beginning.
I solved the problem which is directly connected with the inability of the game to read non Latin letters.
