PS4 - STILL massive stuttering after May 23 update (since April 30th)

Just got off of Twisted Steel and it's sad to say its gotten worse. Now any confrontation with an enemy player is causing stuttering/frame drops. Just shooting at someone causes a short delay and they are some where completely different. I don't even want to try Mercury. With everyone flocking to those servers its got to be a mess. I've stuck by this franchise since Road To Rome on pc before I went console. If you're old enough, you'll know what I'm talking about. Playing BF5 is not worth the aggravation anymore.
