It shows i am NOT alone with these kind of problems.
Can you emagine how frustrated i am after i just spend Many Manu hours to solve this problem NOT only one but two times i follow a guided support from ea WHO doesent know anything because it is volunteers and you just do What you Been told to do so
I Think the right thing to do here is to inform all other players with broken media like BF5 are now and in the future with other issues .
i post hole this correspondance so ea’s role in this matter Can be debated and hope fully have an effekt i put it on you tube and facebook plus the community on Battlefield .com
so other players With similar problems Are prepared

I understand that this is frustrating, and I'm sorry you're dealing with this.
There should be another Update for Battlefield V coming soon, that will hopefully address the issues that players are having on PS4.

If your PS4 Console is crashing, that will need to be discussed with Playstation, as that's a Console or Hardware issue, not Battlefield V.
If Battlefield V is freezing, and you're having issues playing, please try Uninstalling/Reinstalling the Game, and the connection steps that I have provided for you.
