Random rubberbands in Battlefield V

Whenever I'm runing ingame, my character randomly slows down and sometimes even stops. This also happens sometimes when I'm just walking. I don't have Origin installed. I installed it just to delete 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin\igo64.dll' (I saw another post with the same problem and this came up as a possible fix). I closed the game. Then I opened the EA app, it told me to delete origin, just as it did the first time I installed it.
