I purchased the SSD a week ago just for solve this problem so i do not think the problem because of its firmware.I tried the rest of your possible solutions but didnt work.Thanks for your effort.I think the last patch causes this problem for some of the GPUs .Like 1050 and 1060.

Ive upgraded to Win10 just to be able to use DX12. But as far as it goes it doesnt do the 20% enhancement it promised. I wouldn't go back to it since win7 support will end soonish not just for ms updates.
One thing to remember is that BFV is as all new EA and other great publisher-games the best of the best when it comes to graphics and features. This means for us that it is tough on the system too.
There is also sometimes in all that perfection plenty of space for errors especially when it comes to netcode communication vs straight-up gamesplay that needs to be addressed still...

I dont know if you solved the problem and if my advice helps, but i had the same problem with apex legends. i tried a lot and nothing worked. then i found an advice for changing a parameter in the videoconfig.cfg - my setting was 0.8 and i should change it to 5-10: "setting.r_lod_switch_scale" "7"
It worked well!
