Heya, navigate to here and check the setting highlighted is set to off.

    hey! yeah thats switched off. Its like this with other games too. Like it'll just simply freeze and then replay the frames when i Alt+Tab. I can send screenshots of my NVIDIA Control Panel settings if u want! thanks.

    If it's like it with other games (as you stated) then I'd say it's a system or driver related problem and obviously not just BFV

    I'm sure you've probably done it, but make sure you got all the latest windows updates installed + graphics driver, sound, directX etc etc.
