Hey Everyone, 

I wanted to check with this thread if anyone is still seeing issues launching Battlefield 5 using the EA app client. 

If so, can we try the following steps first?

    Hi, same issue here. I have almost 500 hours on BFV on PC, I just reinstalled the game and it won't launch. BF4 and BF202 work fine. A friend of mine can launch BFV. I have done all the stuff you can read online: launch as admin, give access through the FW, update GPU drivers, everything. I just com from a fresh windows install without installing anything but games. Every oter game works, but as soon as I launch BFV, the EAapp minimizes and then it gets maximized again and the game does no work. I bought it again on Steam to check if the issue was there too, but it launches via EAapp....I've checked all files, cache, etc. I even have reinstalled the game in the same SSD where I have the app just in case... Nothing works, but all other Battlefield games do...  Sorry for the long post. My specs are Ryzen 7 5800X, 32gb of Ram DDR4 and a X 6800XT.

    Having same problem. B1 its good but BV i cant launch. Did you fix the problem?

    @Nike_ludi Hi, I j ust managed to solve it yesterday. I reinstalled and rechecked the EAAntiCheat files. That solved it for me. You can find teh anticheat launcher inside the game folder (mine is D:\Battlefield V\EAAntiCheat). Then I clicked on EAAntiCheat.Installer.Tool.exe, reinstalled it for BFV and then re-checked the files.

    EA_Illium​, hi! 

    Quick issue: After purchasing Battlefield™ 6 on Steam, the game didn't show up in my EA app library, even though my accounts are linked. All my other games are there.

    Tried the basics: restarting the app, re-verifying the account link — no luck.
    The catch is there's no key to activate it manually on EA's side.

    Main question: Is this a known issue? Any working fix besides contacting support? If you did contact support, what was the most effective way?

    Appreciate any pointers.

    My apologies everyone, I just realized this thread is for Battlefield 5, not Battlefield 6. My mistake! I'll look for the correct section.
