Re: Battlefield V installed but not recognized after restart.

I followed all of the steps in your 2nd link to clear the cache but still no change after a restart. (ie; I have 2 games now downloaded and neither are recognized when going to the my games page as being there.)

Both games can be found in the C drive where they downloaded to but am still only getting an "install" option not a play option.  The only time there were playable was if I jumped into the game immediately after the successful download. 

The first link you shared was more for downloading issues which has not been a problem.  The 3rd link is for the uninstall/reinstall which I've already tried 3 times.
