Thanks for following up. 

I took another look at the DxDiag you shared, and I'm afraid this PC does not meet the minimum requirements to run Battlefield V. That PC is running an Intel Core 2 Duo E8500. The minimum requirement for running BFV for an Intel CPUs is an i5-6600K. 

Unfortunately the hardware in that CPU is below the minimum specifications for running the game.
