Hi @RNApolymerase88,
You cant buy the item as its in the armoury. Can you do a quick repair on the game

    Hello,

    thanks for the reply. I did a repair, nothing. I cannot “accept” any of dozens of items in the armory, it wont unlock them …

    Yes, I have tried to equip / claim 1 at a time. Doesn't work. Do you think I should call customer support again? I cant believe I cant shoot down those pesky airplanes lol !

    @RNApolymerase88 Yes, I think that probably would be worth a try. They are usually the people to deal with missing items, so hopefully they can help.

    I've contacted them 3 times. If EA customer service cannot manually unlock the item for me, that's really crazy... I mean, how hard can it be to pull that off from a technical point of view? I
