I remember a player from BF3, who really had the playername WinTeamJoin. Confirming that he had an abnormal high W/L ratio...
This change was defently needed.

We can loose in a great battle with small tickets difference and win next game with same team. If the teamplay is bad and each one play alone we loose and you can change server.
