It´s a known issue that will be fixed soon™ 🙂
Xbox One & PlayStation 4
- The PS4 and X1 chat logs are no longer showing up after the update.
- Status: This is a known issue. We are looking into this.
- Still no chat window for PS4. It has been like this since day 1 for me. Any word on a fix?
This was fixed in the last patch in January and has been working fine for me on the PS4. Check that you have it enabled in your settings.
