@HeyMufti Gotcha, thanks. In a case like this where the rank rewards haven't unlocked when they should have, they can come through upon ranking up again in the future. As you continue ranking up be sure to check back and see if you're able to access the Machine Gunner specialization afterward. 

If you still aren't able to see it once you've hit rank 20 in Support please reach out to the EA Help team so they can take a look for you.

As you can see I am level 9 on Assault Class. When you go onto Brtiain and Germany. It shows its locked but unlocked when you go onto USA and Japan.

I would have done more screenshots but I don't know how to send them as a one.

You can be * serious here Kent.  You know how obtuse and useless your response is.

I am in Japan, and this same problem is occurring to me.
