Re: Didn't receive Beta dogtag

Hello @EA_Atic yes, i think so, but maybe for some reason the assignment for Beta tag didnt count, when i played beta i saw it reseted the progress so i did the assignment one more time, no problem with Tides of war beta tag tho.

So is there r way I can get it? @EA_Atic @iluminatethesky

Maybe try making contact with an EA Game Advisor for assistance. They should hopefully be able to see if you completed the beta assignments properly.

@EA_Atic  A few of us are clearly in the same boat,  completed both Tides of War BETA  and the 'special'  Open Beta Assignment that should lead to the warrior Beta (exclusive) tag, but have only been awarded the Tides of war Dog tag and not the "Warrior Open Beta" tag.    @dweller451@nathanluu679@Astraein

I have attached my screenshots I took during beta showing I completed 3/5 (as required) for the Open Beta Assignment. (as well as completed Tides, and recent one showing I still dont have the Warrior Dog tag)

Can we get a confirmation that its just taking time (still) .... OR .... that it definitely should have been fixed in one of the recent Tides, or post Tide bug fixes?   Just so we know we need to wait .. or that there is actually something wrong and people SHOULD have it by now -

Reason we need some kind of confirmation - is IF we should all have it now (if completed the assignment) then we all need to be contacting support to have to manually applied to our account? (rather than still an outstanding bug and we just have to wait???).

I am not really stressed, just be good to know one way or another as this original "known bugs" thread below, from a month ago, seems to indicate it would be fixed in the "next update" - so people, including myself, have the view (because of that old post) - that it should have ben fixed with the major tides patch.   https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Info-Known-issues-updated-26-Nov/m-p/7155418#M13

Just an Update this this from my end ... I decided to contacted the Game Advisory team as per post #11 from @TTZ_Dipsy - repasted here.

I opened a 'chat' case and discussed this pleasantly and openly with the game advisor and presented my screenshots, they then checked the entitlements (my completion) - confirmed it and then granted the dog tag to my account, it appeared in my Armoury as a collectable to be claimed.   

Suggest if anyone else is reading this, has completed the assignment - they contact Game Advisors as well - mine has been applied to my account already.

Can confirm a previous post, contacted an Advisor and got my Beta Dogtag too. Mods can conclude this thread.
