I have the same problem and it's very annoying! Please fix this as it makes customization a pain in the a***. Also you can't see Tides of War rewards!

Even if my CPU is below recommended specifications I run BF5 at high settings in Full HD at around 90 fps. Not using DX12 costs me about 10 fps, so turning it off is not an option for me!

Specs:

AMD Radeon RX 580 @ newest driver 19.10.2

16 GB RAM

i5 4670K @ 4,0 Ghz

Same problem with the others,I get better performance with dx12 so I don't want to change it to 11.this bug is here from BF Vs launch and still isn't fixed,is it that difficult ?😐

I got a AMD RX Vega 56 and a have same issue dark customization and armory since this game launched. After Pacific update I totally see nothing, only black and cannot do any customization, dice please that a tiny bug.

AMD 5700xt. Same issue. 

That's ridiclious by a new card and can't even enjoy it

Vega64 User here, got the same issue. All Skins in Hangar are completely black.
