Gotcha, thanks!
When you've got a chance could you share a DxDiag here so we can take a look? For more details on how to pull one up check out the EA Help website.
Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thanks again.

Got it, thanks!
Taking a look at the Diagnostics section on the DxDiag there is something that stood out to me. It looks like a program called mmc.exe has been running into errors. This is a Windows process called the Microsoft Management Console.
It's possible there might be some corrupted system files causing errors with the MMC. I'm wondering if this might be related to the performance issues you've been seeing. When you've got a chance can you try running the Windows System File Checker to see if that helps at all? If there is an issue with corrupted system files that should be able to repair it.
For more details on how to run it check out the Microsoft Support website. Let me know how it goes when you've got the chance.
Thanks again.

Are there any other ways to fix this cause its a really long process and I'm busy so if there are any other ways let me know
Cheers
Hey @Sloppyavo
The method proposed by Kent is the best. This is not such a long process. Follow the instructions in the article above. Everything is described there.
You can also run a CHKDSK:
CHKDSK is the Check Disk utility that can fix file system errors. So this is another utility that might come in handy for fixing the mmc.exe error. Follow the instructions below:
1. Open the Win + X menu by pressing the Windows key + X hotkey.
2. Then select Command Prompt (Admin) to open the Prompt’s window.
3. Enter chkdsk C: /r in the Command Prompt, and press the Return key.
