I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem. It sounds like it may be lag due to high latency or packet loss. If you believe the issue is with the game, then please first troubleshoot your connection.

Xbox recommends a ping of less than 150 milliseconds, a minimum download speed of 3 Mbps, and a minimum upload speed of 0.5 Mbps. 0-20 ms is low ping, 50 ms is very good, 100 ms is average, and 150+ is high ping and may get you kicked from a game or disconnected from the server. 

Check your ping bars. Play multiplayer, go to advanced search, pick a game mode and map, then view games. Try to pick a game with low ping. If I help, then click “+ XP”. And, if I solve your problem, then click “Accept as Solution” on this post. Best! - G
